Perth is well known for its great weather and laid back way of life. After Perth take a trip through the Swan River down to Freemantle, hire a bike and cycle around.
It’s the best place for cycling and the best way to discover the many attractions of the area. Alice Springs has a number of beautiful and fantastic attractions in the Desert Parks that surround this famous town. The parks contain many plants and animals that are indigenous to the Australian desert as well as many Aboriginal relics. The Aboriginal people still inhabit this part of Australia and still retain the lifestyle and customs they have had for thousands of years. Ayers Rock is the most powerful and awesome sight in Australia. The rock moves through an incredible range of colors as you watch, especially at sunrise and sunset. In the Outback, there are some years where the ranges are carpeted with wild flowers and in other years when the rains do not come, the landscape returns to that of a desolate desert. A visit to Kangaroo Island is a must as native animals like the Tammar Wallabies can be sighted frequently.
