How do I receive my
membership details ?
Once
ATC has been notified your membership has been paid in full you will receive a
“Welcome Letter” and an email asking you to register your membership on our
website.
Can i use my membership before it is paid in full ?
Once
ATC has been notified that you have completed the payment in full, you can
immediately start enjoying the benefits of ATC’s membership

How do I
book a Hotel stay ?
ATC has contract rates with
thousands of hotels worldwide and also using our affiliated partners. You can
make a booking using the avenues provided on our website or phone, fax or email
to our reservations department. Your request will be answered promptly, usually
the same working day along with a reservation number for future reference.
Remember, our preferred partners programs are separate from our portfolio
resorts hence quotes are given by night. It’s possible the cost may exceed the
weekly guaranteed rate in your purchase agreement.

How do I book a
Cruise ?
Click
on the Cruise link and you will be transferred to the Cruise booking page. You
will be asked for your details hence please enter them and click search. You
will then see 1000s of Cruises around the world with saving of up to 75% off the
brochure rate. Select the Cruise and room that suits your budget click book. You
will be then asked for the travels details and payment. Once payment is
accepted, you will receive email confirmation instantly. As well as giving you a

How do I book a Resort Vacation ?
Firstly, find out which one of the resorts is in our Portfolio or Non Portfolio
sections of our website that you wish to visit. Fill in the form to the right of
the website with your travel requirement and send. Our Reservations will then
check availability and advise you within one working day.

Who can us my Membership?
Friends, family, business associates or whomever you wish may use
your membership for all their holiday needs. However, unless you are travelling
with the party there will be a US$50 booking fee for each confirmed reservation.

fee?
Upon confirmation you will be asked to pay
for your booking.

Privacy Policy
Asian Travel Club agrees to keep any
information of the members private and confidential at all time and agrees not
to pass this information onto any other third party. We do not sell or rent your
private information to any other third party.

Do I receive a confirmation
of my Booking?
When we email you with an offer, you then
have the right to accept or decline the resort offered. Should you wish to
confirm, please drop us an email and once confirm, we will email you the credit
card form for payment. Once paid, we will email you the confirmation voucher at
the resort for Check-in. All confirmations are final, non-transferable.
Can I request specific Dates ?
When making a request try asking for several
different areas or at least 2 or 3 dates for Portfolio Resorts. We can't
guarantee a particular request will be fulfilled. The greater the flexibility in
your request, the greater opportunity to confirm for you.

Can I check-in any day of the week?
Check-in
times are set by the individual resorts and you must abide by their rules while
you are their guests. Unlike hotels, resorts normally set one day of the week as
their check-in and out day: usually Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Remember, we do
not have any control over check-in days. You will need to make your vacation
plans according to the day of the week the resort has set. All reservations for
ATC affiliated resorts are for a full week. All reservations are subject to
availability. Keep in mind that requests for high season weeks and destinations
usually exceed the supply of units available.

If my request is for more than one week, will they be confirmed at the same
time?
If you request more than one week at a time
(i.e. two week vacations) you need to know that weeks are confirmed one at a
time. When you confirm the first request, it is with the knowledge we may or may
not be able to confirm your remaining requests. It is entirely your decision to
either accept or decline our resorts offers.

What
is a Yearly fee for?
Your yearly fee goes towards the upkeep of the
Website, admin. Staffs, offices, affiliation fees with associations, licensing
authorities, travel partners and providers
What is the Difference between Portfilio and Non Portfilio Resorts ?
The difference is simple Portfolio
resorts are where members can stay with a average price of $299 to $799 per week
per unit at present we have 100 resort for our members to choose from. Non
Portfolio resorts consist of 6000 resorts around the world and are prices may
exceed $799 per week

How long does it take to receive confirmation of booking ?
If you
are booking a resort from our affiliated resorts, it will be estimate one to 2
working days. If you are booking a cruise or hotel it is confirmed instantly.

How far in advance can i book my Vacations ?
Hotel
contract rates are seasonal and in some cases can be booked up to a year in
advance, depending on destinations. Because we have many thousands of properties
to choose from, it’s not uncommon that most of our members book within three
months of travelling. Cruises, on the other hand, often offer attractive
discounts for early bookings. Remember, travel worldwide is based on
availability and the more flexible you are the more choices you have.
